Once completed mail form to:

Once received, bank will verify information, signature and process paperwork within 1 – 2 business days.
American Heartland Bank and Trust will generate an e-mail stating that your temporary password and login ID will be issued to you via a secure e-mail within 24 hours.
Customers will need to register e-mail address with secure system (one time only) it will prompt you with directions.
Once you receive secure e-mail; please login to the internet banking system and you will be prompted to change password and username. The internet banking system will ask you several questions to insure security to your account and ask you to select a security image. Please answer questions and store in a secure place.

Once all steps are completed you will have access to your account 24 hours a day.
